The semester will conclude in mid to late June. Please note the following important details regarding the dormitory closure, luggage storage, and summer accommodation:

1. 【Dormitory Closes on June 24th at 12:00 Noon】: All residents must complete their move-out by 12:00 noon on June 24th, Monday. Those who have scheduled to move out can apply for luggage storage:

a. Luggage Storage Area: The luggage will be stored according to your dormitory allocation for the next semester (for Dormitory 3(male/female) residents, storage will be at West Community House (Duorong Hall); originally, those who applied for Dormitory(female) will be uniformly rearranged to Dormitory 2 Dormitory, thus their luggage will also be moved).

Note: If the designated storage area is full, luggage will be relocated to another location.

b. Luggage Storage Times:

     June 15（Sat）～6/16（Sun）：14:00-18:00

Note: West Community House (Duorong Hall) operates on a reservation basis on 6/15 (Sat) from 16:00 to 17:00. (Reservations must be made by Tuesday of that week; otherwise, they will not be accepted.)​​.

     June 17（Mon）～6/20（Thu）：19:00-21:00

     June 21（Fri）：14:00-18:00、19:00-21:00

     June 22（Sat）：10:00-12:00、14:00-18:00、19:00-21:00

     June 23（Sun）：14:00-18:00、19:00-21:00

     June 24（Mon）：09:00-11:30 

※Additional Notice: West Community House (Duorong Hall) will provide additional luggage storage service times, which will be available by online reservation​​: https://forms.gle/LQm42iJRQjZKEUyv5. (Reservations must be made by Tuesday of that week; otherwise, they will not be accepted.)​​.

May 23、May 30、June 6、June 13（Every Thursday）：19:00-20:00

　  May 25、June 1、June 8（Every Saturday）：16:00-17:00

c. Truck Assistance for Luggage Transfer: Available on June 22 (Sat) and June 24 (Mon).

2. 【Operations on the Day of Dormitory Closure, June 24^th】: This semester, the direct transfer of luggage to the dorm rooms for the next semester has been cancelled. Only residents of Dormitory 1, 4, 5, and 6 who have applied for the same room next semester can store their luggage in the dorm rooms.

a. Tasks to be completed by 12:00 noon: Clear and vacate the room.

b. Room Inspection and Penalty Tasks start at 13:00.

c. Summer Accommodation Procedures begin at 18:00.
