志學村中正路常見違停車輛，妨礙交通且容易造成車禍。

志學派出所通知：為確保道路暢通，連假期間，花蓮縣警察局交通隊仍將不定時針對該地區「違規停放以及妨礙交通」車輛實施舉發拖吊。車子遭拖吊後，需至花蓮拖吊場繳納罰款才能領車。敬請大家依告示規定停車

提醒大家，志學村中正路每個月換邊停車，請依告示規定停車，勿隨意臨停，

Dear faculty, staff, and students,

Ｉllegal parking is often found on Zhongzheng Road in Zhixue Village, obstructing traffic and possibly causing accidents.

The Zhixue Police Station has announced,the Hualien Traffic Police Brigade will patrol the area and tow any vehicle if violating parking regulations.  

Ones the vehicle is towed, the owner has to visit the Hualien Car Pound to pay a fine to pick up the vehicle. 

Please follow the parking regulations ,do not park randomly.
