【學生宿舍】採行線上教學後無住宿需求者,申請專案退宿相關事宜 【Student Dormitory】Project for Check-out due to Implementation of Online Teaching

各位親愛的住宿生大家好:

  本校學生宿舍【涵星一、二莊】因0403地震災損最為嚴重,學校後續之教學方式已於4/17公告周知。

考量涵星莊災損情事以及部分線上授課,無實際住宿需求之住宿生,本組進行【112-2學期專案退宿】申請作業:

  1. 專案退宿申請作業期程:即日起至11353日止(需於11355日完成退宿)
  2. 退宿申請之需攜帶資料:
    1. )學生宿舍退宿申請表1份。(https://rb005.ndhu.edu.tw/p/406-1005-10154,r4019.php?Lang=zh-tw
    2. )112-2學期住宿費之繳費單收據。(收據可至臺灣銀行自行下載https://school.bot.com.tw/newTwbank/StudentLogin.aspx)
  3. 專案退宿之退費與注意事項:
  1. )配合本專案於期程內辦理退宿者,112-2學期實繳住宿費進行全額退費(不含行政院校內住宿補助款),以及保證金扣除學期間使用之電費之費用,退款作業預計於暑假至113-1學期進行。
  2. )56日後辦理退宿者:依據「國立東華大學學生宿舍申請住宿及退費辦法暨國立東華大學學生宿舍住宿保證金實施細則」辦理退費作業。
  1. 112-2學生宿舍災損專案行李寄放注意配合事項參閱附件。
  2. 涵星一、二莊閉宿淨空日:預計520()12:00完成寢室淨空,並全面進行宿舍修繕作業。

有關宿舍災後搶修與修繕須配合與注意事項將以滾動式調整並公告,請同學務必隨時留意最新資訊並配合辦理,如期間造成不便,敬請見諒,感謝大家共體時艱~

Dear residents,

  Due to the severe damage caused by the 0403 earthquake, dormitory III(A, B) have been significantly affected. The subsequent teaching methods have been announced on April 17 for your information.

Considering the situation of Dormitory III and the implementation of partly online teaching, for residents who do not have a need for actual accommodation, our division is carrying out the "Project Check-out for the 112-2 Semester":

  1. Project Check-out Application Period: From now until May 3, 113 (Check-out must be completed by May 5, 113).
  2. Documents required for check-out application:
    1. One copy of the Student Dormitory Check-out Application Form.https://rb005.ndhu.edu.tw/p/406-1005-10154,r4019.php?Lang=zh-tw
    2. Receipt of accommodation fee payment for the 112-2 semester. (Receipts can be downloaded from Taiwan Bank's website https://school.bot.com.tw/newTwbank/StudentLogin.aspx)
  3. Refund and notes for Project Check-out:
      1. For those who comply with this project for check-out, the accommodation fee paid for the 112-2 semester will be fully refunded (excluding Executive Yuan subsidies for on-campus accommodation), along with deductions for electricity charges incurred during the semester. Refund processing is scheduled for the summer vacation until the 113-1 semester.
      2. Check-out after May 6: Refund procedures will be carried out in accordance with the National Dong Hwa University Student Dormitory Application for Accommodation and Refund Regulations and the Detailed Rules for Implementing the Accommodation Deposit Refund Policy.
  4. Please refer to the attachment for instructions on luggage storage arrangements in the 112-2 disaster damage project of the student dormitory.
  5. Closure and clearance date for Dormitory III: Expected to be completed by 12:00 PM on May 20 (Monday), with all dormitory rooms cleared and comprehensive repairs initiated.

Adjustments and announcements regarding post-disaster repair and renovation of dormitories will be made on a rolling basis. Please pay attention to the latest information and cooperate accordingly. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and sincerely appreciate your understanding and cooperation during this challenging time.
