Dear A11,

According to the school's traffic accident statistics, it has been observed that during the exam period, there is a higher likelihood of on-campus and off-campus traffic accidents due to factors such as fatigue or impaired mental alertness. Additionally, recent unstable weather conditions have increased the risk of accidents, especially on rainy days. Therefore, we urge all students to exercise caution and reduce their speed while traveling to reduce the occurrence of accidents.

We would like to remind students of the following:

1.Avoid Fatigue Driving: Please refrain from driving while fatigued. Assess your physical condition and avoid getting behind the wheel when tired to prevent accidents caused by fatigue.

2.Ride Motorcycles (Bicycles) Safely: Do not ride too fast, and do not run red lights.

3.Adhere to Speed Limits: Keep your vehicle's speed within the posted speed limits.

4.Avoid Late-Night Travels: Try to avoid traveling late at night whenever possible.

5.Rainy Days and Night Riding: If you must ride a motorcycle on rainy days or at night, make sure to wear bright outerwear and reduce your speed while riding.

6.Follow Road Safety Regulations: Whether driving a car or riding a motorcycle, always adhere to all road safety regulations.

These precautions are essential to ensure the safety of both yourself and others on the road. Please be mindful of these guidelines and take responsible actions to prevent accidents, especially during the exam period and adverse weather conditions. Your safety is of utmost importance to us.
