各位住宿生大家好：

1、112學年第一學期電費計費期程共四階：

(1) 第一階段: 2023/09/06 - 2023/10/02

(2) 第二階段: 2023/10/02 - 2023/10/31

(3) 第三階段: 2023/11/01 - 2023/11/30

(4) 第四階段: 2023/12/01 - 2024/01/15

2、宿舍電費各階段，會公告當階段之電費複查作業期程，於宿舍個人使用電費，屆時請自行於期程上網查詢。https://sys.ndhu.edu.tw/SA/DormStudent/Login.aspx

如對電費有疑慮，協請配合公告複查作業期程，填寫「電費、扣罰複查申請表」如附件，找宿舍管理員進行複查作業，如未按時提出或提出後查證無誤，將依本公佈結果辦理。

3、上下學期應繳電費和扣罰，會於學年度住宿結束後進行結算，完整住宿者之住宿期間電費與扣罰，會於該學年度住宿保證金先行扣抵，保證金扣抵後如結餘將會透過個人學生學籍履歷系統個人帳戶進行退款作業，若有不足者，另MAIL通知補繳。

Dear dormitory residents,

1、 The electricity charges of Student Dormitory are calculated by 4 periods

(1) 1^st Period: 2023/09/06 - 2023/10/02

(2) 2^nd Period: 2023/10/02 - 2023/10/31

(3) 3^rd Period: 2023/11/01 - 2023/11/30

(4) 4^th Period: 2023/12/01 - 2024/01/15

2、Please check your bill and dormitory inspection deduction information on-line. https://sys.ndhu.edu.tw/SA/DormStudent/Login.aspx

If you have any questions regarding the calculations and dormitory inspection deduction, please fill in the form of deposit reassessment and seek reconfirmation from the dorm manager before handing it in to the Office of Student Affairs and Life Division.

3、The charge amount is calculated at the end of the each semester, and deducted from your deposit. Only if your deposit is not enough for the deduction, will you need to pay the balance with an email notification.
