親愛的東華應屆畢業同學好：

恭喜您即將畢業進入新的生涯里程，經查【離校手續單一窗口】宿舍欄位為X，可能原因有二：

原因一、111學年為住宿生：因保證金扣抵本學年宿舍費用(包含電費或扣罰)可能尚有需補繳費用，需完成111學年宿舍電費補繳，方可完成離校程序。

50. 該學期之費用【查詢】與【繳納】方式?
    • 【查詢】111學年宿舍需補繳金額：因每人需繳費金額皆不同，故請自行至住宿資料查詢網頁查詢「111-1學期電費」與「111-1學期扣罰總額」，並將兩個費用之應繳金額合計後，自「線上繳費系統」進行繳費單製作與繳費。

• • 【繳納】自行至線上繳費系統：https://web.ndhu.edu.tw/GA/onlinepay/pay.aspx
    1. 收費單位：學務處生輔組 (下拉式選單)
    2. 收費項目：111-1學期學生宿舍應繳費用 (下拉式選單)
    3. 自行填入繳費人資料：姓名、學號、電話、金額，請參考附件說明，繳費入帳後，會個別更新離校系統，另也建議您可將您的繳費相關證明收據，拍照或截圖MAIL給本校承辦人(yishoue@gms.ndhu.edu.tw)，這邊會依據您提供的資訊，另外進行系統後台複查確認，資料確認無誤後，即變更離校系統宿舍組資料。

原因二、非111學期之【宿舍相關費用未繳清】：

請自行至台灣銀行學雜費入口網https://school.bot.com.tw/newTwbank/StudentLogin.aspx

• 說明：輸入身分證字號、學號、出生年月日(請輸入民國年，倘若您的出生月日為民國81年1月1日，該欄位輸入數字須為0810101)、驗證碼，登入後查詢宿舍相關未銷帳的繳費單，可在學校出納組(行政大樓108室)或以ATM轉帳或網路轉帳方式繳交，但切記!!! 因為已逾期不可使用信用卡繳款。

該費用如繳費完成，也煩請來信告知您已繳費完成，承辦人會於收到您的來信或資訊，另進行查詢無誤，即變更您的離校系統宿舍組欄位資料。
