【學生宿舍】學生電子學習履歷系統個人資料檢視修正

各位親愛的同學,大家好: 寒假在即,學務處生輔組提醒各位同學,外出記得注意自身安全,並做好相關防疫措施。本組於111-1學期辦理「110學期」與「111年暑假」之宿舍相關費用退費作業,部分住宿同學於『學生電子學習履歷系統』,填寫之個人帳戶資料部分下述問題: 1. 郵局(或銀行)帳戶資料非學生本人 2. 郵局(或銀行)帳戶帳號有誤 3. 銀行名稱或銀行分行有誤 4. 無填寫郵局(或銀行)帳戶資料 以上,為本組退費之常見問題,故煩請同學們,於寒假期間檢視您的『電子學習履歷系統』之郵局(或銀行)帳戶資料;另建議,若您無個人郵局(或銀行)帳戶,可於寒假期間辦理相關個人郵局(銀行)帳戶,並於辦理完成後,至『電子學習履歷系統』進行填寫,以利後續宿舍相關退費作業。 學務處生輔組關心您! Dear all, With the winter break approaching, we remind all students to pay attention to their own safety when traveling and to take necessary precautions against COVID-19. While handling dormitory related fee refund operation for the 110th semester and the summer of 111 in the 111th semester, some dormitory students have the following issues with the personal account information filled in on the e-Portfolio: 1. Account information is not the student’s own. 2. The account number is incorrect. 3. The name of the bank or the bank branch is incorrect. 4. No postal (or bank) account was filled in. The above are common issues for our division's refund operation, so we kindly ask students to check their postal (or bank) account information on e-Portfolio during the winter break. In addition, if you do not have a personal postal (or bank) account, it is suggested that you open one during the winter break and update the information on e-Portfolio for future dormitory related refund operations. ~ Office of Student Affairs and Life Division ~
