{Epidemic prevention by Student Activities Division} Second Phase Upgrade: Risk Assessment Procedure for Student Clubs and Associations

最後更新日期 : 2020-03-27

NDHU epidemic prevention and control level for Coronavirus Disease 19 (COVID-19) has been raised to level 1 since March 17, 2020. Moreover, on March 25, the Ministry of Health and Welfare (MOHW) recommended “suspending indoor gatherings of over 100 people and outdoor gatherings of over 500 people to prevent cluster infections.” All student clubs and associations guided by the Student Activities Division should cooperate with the recommendation of the MOHW. If attendance of activity is over the limit, please cancel, postpone, or rearrange the activity. For a activity that its attendance is lower than the limit, please submit the risk assessment form along with the proposal for review 10 days before the activity.

The application, if not up to the standard, will be rejected for further adjustment. If the application is approved, please make sure to reinforce epidemic prevention measures and submit ”Access Record of Club Activity, COVID-19 Prevention by NDHU” after the activity.

The Student Activities Division should keep the original approved risk assessment form, and provide its copy to the applicant. Please show the copy when borrowing equipment and facilities for activity.

In the Critical Epidemic Prevention Period, Let’s Guard Campus Health Together.
