【Student Dormitory】Relevant epidemic prevention measures of student dormitory implemented in response to school suspension

1. In response to the announcement from the local health department that there has been a confirmed case of COVID-19, following the guidelines of the authority and the school's epidemic prevention officer , in-person classes will be suspended from April 6 until April 16. All classes will be online; relevant epidemic prevention measures of student dormitories will be adjusted in a rolling manner in response to the development of the epidemic.

2. In order to cooperate with the school's suspension of physical classes on campus, the student dormitory will be increasing relevant epidemic prevention measures. All dormitory students must cooperate with the following:

(1) Residents should stay inside the dormitory as much as possible, and conduct online learning in the dormitory, we must avoid high-risk or cross-county-city movement.

(2) It is forbidden for residents to communicate with each other, and are not allowed to other people's dormitories to avoid gatherings, and the number of people inside dormitory must be kept below 4 people(inclusive).

(3) Please clean the dormitory every day, open the windows for ventilation, and wash your hands frequently.

(4) Reduce going out. If you need to go out, please wear a mask and wash your hands frequently.

(5) Please do take-out and take-out meals as much as possible. Hands need to be disinfected before and after taking meals;

(6) Measure body temperature in the morning and evening. If you have a fever or respiratory symptoms, seek medical attention immediately and report to the school.

(7) Residents must abide by various epidemic prevention measures in the dormitory during their stay.
